Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you can return it.

Return window
Request a return within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Eligible items
Products must be new and unopened in their original packaging. Opened or used products can be returned only if they are defective.

How to return
Email info@vitalsherb.com with your order number and the reason for the return. After approval we send you the return address. Returns are sent by mail.

Return shipping
The customer pays for return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (for example a damaged, defective or wrong item). There is no restocking fee.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds
Once we receive and check the returned item, we refund the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
